The sitter is Holly’s work colleague, JR, an emergency staff specialist, who was a passionate doctor working in trauma and education.

JR was diagnosed with cancer during the pandemic, fighting bravely until January 2023.

JR originally worked as an aeronautical engineer, eventually changing to medicine as ‘sitting at a desk all day was not in the life plan!’
